Modern Kitchen — See Yours Transformed

A modern kitchen is a working machine that also happens to look extraordinary. Slab-front cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a waterfall stone island create a kitchen where the architecture does all the visual work. Clutter is the only real enemy.

What Makes a Modern Kitchen?

Cabinets are flat slab doors in matte white, warm greige, or a single bold color — deep forest or charcoal. Hardware is either absent (push-to-open mechanisms) or a single linear bar pull in brushed brass or matte black. The countertop is a continuous slab: Calacatta quartz, honed marble, or polished concrete, extending down the island sides as a waterfall edge.

Appliances integrate into the cabinetry so cleanly that the refrigerator and dishwasher disappear. The range hood becomes a sculptural element — a flat plaster panel or a custom steel column. Under-cabinet LED lighting replaces overhead fluorescents. The backsplash is either a slab match to the countertop or large-format porcelain in a subtle stone pattern — no subway tile.

Palette: White, warm grey, charcoal, and deliberate pops of black or warm metal
