1. What We Collect

We collect minimal data to provide the Service:

Room photos: Uploaded images are processed by our AI and stored temporarily. Free-tier images are deleted within 24 hours. Shared results are retained until you delete them.
Usage data: We use privacy-focused analytics (Fathom Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. This does not use cookies and does not track individual users.
IP address: Used for rate limiting (free tier: 3 renders/day) and abuse prevention. Not stored long-term.

2. How We Use Your Data

To process your room redesign requests
To generate shareable result pages (when you choose to share)
To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics

3. What We Never Do

We never use your photos for AI training
We never sell or share your personal data with third parties
We never store your photos longer than necessary to provide the Service

4. Cookies

We use localStorage (not cookies) to store your room gallery and session preferences. Our primary analytics tool (Fathom) is cookie-free and GDPR-compliant by design.

5. Third-Party Services

Google AI (Gemini): Processes room redesign requests. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
Cloudflare R2: Stores result images. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Fathom Analytics: Privacy-focused website analytics. No personal data collected.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request deletion of any shared results
Request a copy of data we hold about you
Opt out of analytics (Fathom respects Do Not Track)

7. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Images are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
