By accessing or using RoomWren ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoomWren is an AI-powered room redesign tool. You upload a photo of a room, select a design style, and receive an AI-generated visualization of your room in that style.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

The free tier provides up to 3 room redesigns per day with no account required. Paid tiers (Pro, Agent) offer additional features including unlimited redesigns, HD output, and commercial licensing. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes (commercial use requires an Agent subscription). You may not:

• Upload images that contain illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models
• Use automated tools to exceed rate limits
• Resell the Service or represent it as your own product

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to your uploaded photos. We process your images solely to provide the redesign service. Free-tier uploads are deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We never use your photos for AI training.

6. AI-Generated Output

Redesigned images are AI-generated visualizations, not professional design plans. They are intended for inspiration and visualization purposes. Free and Pro tier outputs are licensed for personal use. Agent tier outputs include a commercial license for use in real estate listings and marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate AI outputs or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
