Industrial Living Room — See Yours Transformed
An industrial living room occupies the no-man's land between a converted loft and a gentleman's club — raw materials, architectural bones, and a furniture palette drawn from workshops and warehouses. Exposed brick, steel-framed windows, and aged leather make the room feel earned, not bought.

What Makes an Industrial Living Room?
The sofa is deep-seated and substantial: leather in cognac, saddle, or aged charcoal — the kind that gets better over years. A salvaged wood coffee table with a raw steel base anchors the seating. An oversized factory-window shelving unit in steel and reclaimed wood handles display and storage.
Brick or concrete walls are left exposed where possible; where they cannot be, raw plaster or a concrete-effect wallpaper substitutes. Lighting is Edison: a cluster of bare-bulb pendants on a ceiling canopy, a vintage factory floor lamp on an articulating arm, or a Bakelite wall sconce repurposed from a factory. A worn Persian rug or a cowhide under the coffee table softens the room just enough — warmth without compromise.
